Terry Allan Butler 57 of Champion died unexpectedly November 4, 2022. He was born June 28th 1965 a son of Edward “Jack” Butler and Bonnie Elleby. Terry was a 1983 graduate from Marquette Senior High School Terry valued his family and loved spending time with them especially his nephew Easton and nieces Vanessa and Alexis. He also was a talented artist, hand carving small intricate animals out of wood, often making walking sticks to give to friends and family. He loved to draw and had a passion for pencil and charcoal drawings. Terry loved the outdoors and had a deep appreciation for mother earth and father sky. Terry was a loving care giver and often took care of family and friends in their time of need. Terry is survived by his nephew Easton Butler of South Dakota, nieces Vanessa Butler of Marquette and Alexis Johnson of Ishpeming. Two sisters, Dawn Butler (Dave Outinen) of Big Bay and Alice (Paul) Reynolds of Marquette Several other nieces, nephews, and numerus aunts, uncles, cousins, Special friends, Chrissy Cleary (Ann Arbor), Leah Johns (Marquette), Hunter Schultz (Champion), Stan Plis (Negaunee) and his animal companions. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and three brothers, Shawn, Scott and Bernard (Butch) Butler and grandmother, Louise Richards. Per his wishes, there will be no service.
