Larry A. Nault, 64, of National Mine, died Saturday, January 25, 2020 at his home.
He was born August 24, 1955 in Ishpeming, a son of Paul and Margaret (Hasslitt) Nault. He graduated from National Mine High School in 1974 and earned a degree in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Larry was employed at Marquette General Hospital for 25 years.
He loved going to camp, hunting, playing cribbage, euchre, solitare. He also loved his animals and taking saunas.
Larry was always there for his nieces & nephews and loved his great-nieces & nephews. He will always be remembered as a hard worker and big jokester.
Larry is survived by his children, Melissa Hill, Jessica Nault and David (Amber) Nault; grandchildren, Austin (Anna-Liisa), Brooke, Hailey and Katelyn Hill, Natalie, Makayla and Marcus Guerra, Dylan, Riley and Kaidence Nault; siblings, Chris (Ed Danowski) Walline, Mary Jo (Russ Mahan) Ketola, Jacky Holmgren, Jerry (Iris) Stankorb and twin sister, Carol (Rich) Steede. He was preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Turcola, Connie Smith and Darlene Oga; brothers, Charles (Ralph) Stankorb, Tommy Jo Stankorb and Paul Nault, Jr.; nephews, Roger and Jonathon Steede.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at 11 am at the Canale-Tonella Funeral Home in Marquette. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow the service in the funeral home.
