RONALD WELCH Obituary

Ronald Lee Welch, 73 of Escanaba, died Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Lighthouse at Ishpeming Health & Rehab Center while under the care of UP Home Health & Hospice.

He was born December 30, 1945 in West Allis, Wisconsin, a son of the late Harold and Hazel (Valleau) Welch and raised in Hardwood, MI.

Ronald moved to Brainerd, Minnesota where he worked for several years as a boat builder.

He will be remembered by his family as someone who was helpful to others.

Ronald is survived by five children, 17 grandchildren, six siblings and many nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held in the Foster City Cemetery in the spring.
